1. About Julia Nowak & the Site

Julia Nowak is a real creator whose public-facing channels — social media profiles, creator-support platforms, and subscription platforms — are centralised by Julia Travels into this single link hub. The Site itself does not sell goods, host paid media, or process payments.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or following any link presented on the Site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms you must stop using the Site immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published at this URL.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Site. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Nature of the Content — AI-Enriched Imagery

Photographs and videos depicting Julia Nowak that are displayed on the Site or on linked channels operated by Julia Travels have been enhanced, retouched or stylistically modified using artificial-intelligence tools to make them more visually attractive. The underlying subject is real; the AI enrichment is applied for aesthetic and entertainment purposes only.

The imagery should therefore not be treated as unedited documentary photography. Captions, travel notes and lifestyle commentary are creative storytelling and may be dramatised. Where a third-party platform requires labelling of AI-assisted content, we aim to comply with those labelling requirements in addition to this Site-wide disclosure.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, the Julia Nowak name, all imagery (including AI-enriched imagery), copy, layout, design system and code are the exclusive property of Julia Travels or are used under licence. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, train machine-learning models on, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without prior written permission from Julia Travels.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Outbound Links

The Site contains outbound links to third-party platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee and Fanvue. These platforms are independent of us. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for their availability, content, advertising, products, services or practices.

Any interaction you have on a third-party platform — including registration, subscription, payment, communication, content access, refunds, billing disputes and account management — is governed exclusively by that platform's own terms. Julia Travels is not a party to such transactions and has no liability for them.

7. User Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to: use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose; disrupt, overload or impair the Site; scrape, crawl or systematically extract content; reverse-engineer the imagery or the production pipeline; impersonate Julia Nowak or our team; harass, stalk, defame or threaten any person via the Site or any linked channel; or misrepresent the AI-enriched nature of the imagery to third parties.

Lifestyle, wellness, travel, fashion and any related content is published for entertainment and inspiration only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other form of professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any such content.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Julia Travels does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure or continuously accessible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Julia Travels, its officers, contractors, licensors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any linked platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred (100) PLN.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Julia Travels and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Privacy & Analytics

The Site does not require an account and does not collect personally identifying information from visitors. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be retained for operational integrity and security. Outbound link clicks may be counted in aggregate; no individual profile is built. We do not sell or share log data with advertisers.

13. DMCA / Takedown

If you believe content on the Site infringes a right you own or control, contact us at hello@juliatravels.cloud with: (a) the work claimed to be infringed, (b) the URL where it appears, (c) your contact details, and (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights-holder. We respond to valid notices promptly.

14. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the registered place of business of Julia Travels, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts having jurisdiction over that place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
