User Agreement

1. Parties & Scope

This Agreement covers your use of the Site, your interactions with the Julia Nowak channels, and your decision to follow outbound links to third-party platforms. It does not govern your relationship with those third-party platforms, which remain subject to their own terms.

2. Acknowledgement of AI-Enriched Imagery

You acknowledge and agree that visual content depicting Julia Nowak — photographs, portraits, lifestyle imagery, short-form video, thumbnails and cover art — has been enhanced, retouched or stylistically modified using artificial-intelligence tools to make it more visually attractive. The subject is real; the AI enrichment is applied for aesthetic and entertainment purposes only.

You further acknowledge that: the imagery should not be presented as unedited documentary photography; captions and lifestyle commentary may be dramatised; you will not represent the imagery to third parties in a misleading way; and you waive any claim against us based purely on the AI-enriched nature of the imagery.

3. Age Verification

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher). Some linked channels may require additional age verification under their own terms; you agree to comply with those requirements.

4. Permitted Use of the Site

You may browse the Site, follow outbound links, and contact us through the email published on the Site. Any other use — commercial use, republication, data mining, automated access, model training, or framing the Site or its content inside another product — requires our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not: use the Site or any linked channel for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer the imagery or the production pipeline; use the imagery or content to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine-learning model without our prior written permission; impersonate Julia Nowak or our team or create lookalike accounts; harass, threaten, defame, dox or send sexually-explicit unsolicited messages to any associated account; misrepresent your age or identity; or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site.

6. Communications via Linked Channels

If you contact Julia Nowak via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee, Fanvue or any other linked channel, you understand that: replies may be sent by Julia Nowak or by a member of the Julia Travels team supporting her channels; communications are not confidential and may be moderated, ignored or stored for operational reasons; you should not share sensitive personal, medical, legal or financial information; and no personal, romantic, therapeutic or fiduciary relationship is created or implied.

7. Payments to Third Parties

If you make a payment, donation, subscription or purchase on a third-party platform reached via an outbound link from the Site (e.g. Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee or Fanvue), that transaction is solely between you and the third-party platform. Julia Travels does not process those payments, does not hold the funds, and is not responsible for refunds, billing disputes, chargebacks or content delivery on those platforms. All such matters must be raised directly with the relevant platform under its own terms.

8. No Employment, Agency or Personal Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement or in your use of the Site creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, therapeutic or personal relationship between you and Julia Travels or between you and Julia Nowak. Your relationship to the published content is that of an audience member.

9. Licence Granted to You

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Terms of Service, Julia Travels grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the Site for non-commercial viewing only. All other rights are reserved.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or to any associated channel at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability. Upon termination your licence to access the Site immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will so survive.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site, the published content and the linked channels are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Julia Travels disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on published content, your interactions on linked channels, or any payment you make to a third-party platform. Aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred (100) PLN.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be interpreted to give effect to its intent to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Julia Travels concerning the Site and the Julia Nowak channels, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings on the subject.

14. Acceptance by Continued Use

Your continued access to or use of the Site after this Agreement is posted or updated constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.
